  3. Hello! You have done some very beautiful hairstyles! How can you get your hair to stay twisted on the sides so beautifully? My hair is thick, and right now it's about shoulder length, but it used to be to my waist and whenever I try to do twists on the sides, it can get a bump in the back and the twists stick out on the sides and look weird! :/ If I try to do hairstyles with bobby pins, then I have to use a ton (!) of them. Do you have any tips?

    1. Dear A Writing Maiden,
I am so sorry for commenting so late. I did not know that somebody had commented on this post!

When you start the twist and gradually add more hair. The whole time keep twisting! I usually put some bobby pins semi-sideways into the twist to to make sure the twist stays in place. I also get ideas for hairstyles on Pinterest. I love Pinterest!!
