I am proud to be from the South - where tea is sweet and accents are sweeter; summer starts in April; front porches are wide and words are long; macaroni and cheese is a vegetable; pecan pie is a staple; Y’all is the only proper pronoun; chicken is fried and biscuits come w/ gravy; everything is darling and someone is always getting their heart blessed.  This past weekend I went with some friends of mine to Missouri. I had a fantastic time!!   It snowed the day BEFORE we got there and it stayed until we left! It was soooo awesome seeing all the snow! I've never seen so much snow in one place :)

Patricia Marie "Patty" was born February 16, 1918 and is living in California.
Maxene Angelyn was born January 3,1916  and died October 21, 1995.
LaVerne Sophia was born July 6, 1911 and died May 8, 1967.

There was quite a lot of fog this morning. It didn't go away until about 11:00pm! 

My momma and I started watching North and South this evening.  We plan to finish watching it tomorrow.  It is one of my all time favorite movies!
